Austin Reiff
General Manager
Austin Reiff has been working at The Repair Shop since 2017. He started out as winter help, with a natural talent for auto mechanics it wasn’t long before he became a full time mechanic. With his automotive knowledge, gained through hands on experience and on the job training, applied to his incredible work ethic and passion for taking care of people, it wasn’t long until he was promoted to general manager. He handles all aspects of the shop from beginning to end. He is the go-to guy!
Josie Reiff
Service Consultant
Josie is an ASE certified service consultant and has been working in the shop since she was 12. Josie is an unbelievable asset to the company, some of her responsibilities include running the counter, all parts orders, inventory, customer service, and service writer. Her amazing smile, passion for serving people and dedication is what sets her apart. She’s and Austin have been married since 2021.

Joe opened The Repair Shop was opened in 2011 by the Grace of God, All glory to Him!
It has been such a blessing to be able to work close to home and serve people by fixing their cars. I have been in the automotive business professionally for over 25 years and have been fixing stuff for as long as I can remember. I’ve worked on both coasts of the USA and am super thankful to call Mifflinburg home.
